“TRANSATLANTIC Live In Europe DVD

Hi Transatlantic fans!

It has been brought to our attention, that some DVD Players have problems with the Transatlantic Concert-DVD, although the DVD seems to play fine on most models. We tested the DVD beforehand and couldn’t detect any problems. The reason for this is probably the variety of different formats, configurations and players still involved in the making of DVD’s. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused.

INSIDEOUT will deal with this problem and we will manufacture a new pressing that should run fine on every player. If you have problems with your DVD, you will be able to exchange this DVD for a revised and improved one through the InsideOut website. This will take some time, because we want to be sure, we don’t run into the same problems again. We are expecting to have the new version latest by January. So please do not send anything in, before we make an official announcement on the website about the exact exchange modalities.

In addition to that, there has also been an accident with a small amount of the Limited Editions, which by mistake have been supplied with the labels of DVD1 and DVD2 switched. This mistake was made in the pressing plant. Of course, you are also able to exchange them by request in January as well. Again, please do not send anything before we make an official announcement!!!
