The first song “i hate myself” opens strong. Strong melody lines and heavy guitars accompanied by raging baselines. “can you hear” it is a semiballad and shows that singer Anja Bräutigam feels also at ease with slower songs. “Leave behind” is a beautifull and at the same time a Chaotic song. Lovely string section with a hint of old school Jethro Tull’isch song structure.

“Upon my life” closes this great Ep. A strong Prog Metal Epic. With impressive Jazz Fills.
